Everyone NEEDS to properly Manage their Money through Budgeting WHY? A. COSTS that we have No Control over (unless we re-elect no one) are INCREASING at a much FASTER rate then our Wages: School, Regional and Local TAXES, Public Utility Bills, etc. B. Technology advancements influencing our WANTS and needs are COSTING everyone MORE money on a MONTHLY basis: Cell Phone Bill, Internet Bill, Cable Bill, etc. C. BANKS, MORTGAGE COMPANIES, CREDIT CARD COMPANIES: 1. Have NOT taken these factors into account when approving people for LOANS. 2. The ONLY way for these companies to make money is to get YOU to PAY INTEREST. 3. Therefore, you WILL be approved to PAY interest on a purchase that you may NOT be able to AFFORD to buy! D.
